I found out this is part of the ancient wall that surrounded the city. This part was built by Aurelian about 200 AD

Italian SUV’s
Look how small this car is compared to the bike and motorcycle (VESPA)! They really are this small. Some can park sideways in a parking spot and not extend into the street.
